CryptoPilot Support
Last updated: July 6, 2026
CryptoPilot helps users follow public crypto market data, manage a local watchlist, record manual portfolio notes, set local price reminders, and use optional DeepSeek-powered explanations. It does not trade, custody assets, connect wallets, connect exchange accounts, or provide financial advice.
Getting Started
- Complete onboarding and read the risk disclaimer.
- Open Market to refresh public CoinGecko market data.
- Add coins to your local watchlist from Market or coin detail screens.
- Add manual holdings in Portfolio if you want local cost and value notes.
- Add a DeepSeek API key in Profile only if you want optional AI explanations.
Data And Privacy Controls
- API keys are stored in iOS Keychain and can be removed from Profile settings.
- Local analytics/debug logs can be viewed and cleared in Profile settings.
- Watchlist items, manual holdings, AI insight history, and local alerts are stored on the device.
Market Data And Alerts
CryptoPilot uses public CoinGecko market endpoints. Market data may be delayed, rate-limited, unavailable, or cached. Local price alerts are best-effort checks that run when the user manually checks latest market prices; they are not realtime push notifications.
AI Explanations
DeepSeek AI features are optional and require a user-provided API key. AI responses are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They should not be treated as investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
